Using a combination of Polarity, Esalen and Swedish massage techniques this holistic massage will help you truly relax. Today's busy stressful lifestyle can cause a variety of health issues.
The goal of Relaxation Massage is to melt away muscle tension and help ease stress. To achieve this we use a blend of therapeutic techniques to decrease muscle toxins, increase oxygen levels in the blood, and improve flexibility in the body.
All Relaxation massage sessions include choice of scented oil and hot towel/honey foot massage.

Rossiter Workout
A Rossiter Workout offers immediate relief from chronic pain. The stretches release large areas of stuck connective tissue, immediately improving mobility and giving your body it's "space" back.
The Rossiter System of Pain Relief - Powerful two person stretching technique. As the "coach" I assist the client through a series of stretches that open up the connective tissue. These stretches allow you to open up your connective tissue system and give your body "space" to move without restriction. Incredible results are often obtained in the first visit and often are long lasting!
Rossiter System Stretching Workout:
Introductory Session: $75, 30 to 60 Minutes
Follow up Sessions: $50, 15 to 45 Minutes
